BETH MCHATTIE

Associate Director

Beth brings the full range of communication skills to Denhams including campaigning, government and stakeholder relations. After 10 years at Sotheby’s where she achieved worldwide media coverage on a weekly basis and built its phenomenal profile in Asia, she moved to English Heritage/Historic England, launching the Heritage at Risk Register and repositioning the organisation as a major player in social and economic regeneration. She moved briefly to Benefact Trust, putting it firmly on the map as one of the UK’s largest philanthropic charities, before joining Denhams where she enjoys bringing her wide experience (and even wider network) to bear for the benefit of clients as various as Coram, the Sea Cadets, the Drapers’ Company, the College of General Dentistry and the recently relaunched South Bank church and cultural venue St John’s Waterloo. She read English at Cambridge and is a former Trustee of the Churches Conservation Trust.
