Chris formed the company 30 years ago while working as a freelance presenter at the BBC in Plymouth, hosting the flagship evening news programme Spotlight. He started producing feature programmes for ITV’s regional licensees TSW and later Westcountry before the company launched into network television with Keith Floyd and Rick Stein. He produced and co-presented four series of ‘Slow Blokes’ taking various forms of rickety transport overland to China, South America and Morocco and culminating in ‘Three Grumpy Old Men in a Boat’ round the Cornish coastline. He also made three very popular series of ‘The Local’ featuring local pubs and their history.
Legendary director David Pritchard changed the face of TV cookery forever when he discovered the late, great chef Keith Floyd and got him cooking on the road. He then made two series with Antonio Carluccio. He also spotted the potential of Padstow chef Rick Stein and continues to direct and produce all of Rick’s series and specials for BBC 2 and BBC 4. He has recently published his memoirs, Shooting The Cook.
Grace joined Denhams in 2006 from ITV where she was a Senior Features Producer. She has brought long-running formats and returning brands to Denhams, including two series of Hungry Sailors for ITV1, three series of Local Food Heroes and four of ‘Rhodes Across…’ featuring Gary Rhodes on the hunt for the authentic regional cuisines of India, China, Italy and the Carribbean, both for the Good Food Channel. A veteran food p/d she has also produced series for Denhams with Simon Rimmer, Matt Dawson, Allegra McEvedy and Atul Kochhar. She became Managing Director in 2012.

Formerly Head of Business Development at LSPTV for both UK & Middle East slates, and Creative Director for TriComms Group in Abu Dhabi, Tris has had series commissioned for ITV, Five, the History Channel, Good Food and RTE. Previously he was a primetime presenter for BBC1, ITV1 and Channel Five. Working between London and the Westcountry, Tris is responsible for developing broadcast ideas and strengthening Denham's relationships with commissioning editors and key talent.

Nick runs the digital department, managing high profile accounts with private and public sector organisations and charities, including Nissan, AXA, The Co-operative and children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent. Acting as a partner to clients, Nick offers strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to devising creative solutions.

Charles is a seasoned communicator and strategist who helps brands get their stories straight before the cameras start rolling. Previously Marketing Director at the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Royal Horticultural Society, Charles was MD of the corporate communications division of Twofour, the leading broadcast indy. He set up the comms agency Flotilla four years ago and now advises clients including Amazon, the NHS and the global education business, Study Group, as well as operating as Denhams’s official content strategy partner.

Peter began his marketing career in the world of qualitative research before joining EHS Brann to become the lead planner on Tesco. More recently Peter has worked for a number of leading London based agencies including OgilvyOne, Rapier, and CHI & Partners, leading strategic thinking and comms planning across a wide range of accounts from American Express to Virgin Media. Peter is Planning Director of Flotilla, Denhams’s official content strategy partners. His experience of mainstream brands and his tried and tested planning methodologies open up new possibilities in the world of content.
