A documentary produced by Denhams which charts a year in the life of Dartmoor farmers has been launched by Dartmoor National Park Authority, in a move to increase the public’s understanding of farming on Dartmoor.
The film highlights how farming contributes to the management and conservation of the Dartmoor National Park along with the challenges farmers face living and working there. Filming took place during 2019 across all four seasons and was directed and produced by Charlotte Barton.
Nick Dixon, Head of Digital at Denhams said, “We were delighted to win this work for the park authority as it plays to the strengths of Denhams’ digital team. Character-driven storytelling combined with stunning landscape photography and accomplished direction has led to a moving and beautiful piece of work. We’re confident that the film will work hard for the authority.”
